Conditions to Keep Your Chemical Termite Barrier Warranty Active

To qualify for our guarantee, please ensure:

• 🗓️ Get Annual Inspections: A licensed timber pest professional must inspect your home at least once every 12 months. If the professional recommends more frequent inspections, these must be followed.
• 🛡️ Maintain The Chemical Barrier: The chemical barrier must remain intact and you must avoid damaging or breaching the barrier during renovations, landscaping, or any property modifications.
• ❌ Prevent Any Termite Introduction: Do not introduce termites into your home through furniture, building materials, or other items.
• 🐜 Have A Complete Chemical Soil Barrier Installed: Our warranty applies only to complete chemical soil barriers. Any partial barriers and bait station systems are not covered.

Exclusion Criteria: When Our Termite Barrier Guarantee Does Not Apply

Our warranty does not cover damage if termites enter your property due to:

• 📋 Listed Limitations: Any areas specified as limitations in your Subterranean Termite Treatment Proposal or Certificate of Installation.
• 🏚️ Building Issues: Poor building design or construction practices that allow termite entry.
• ❌ Terms & Conditions Violations: Non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions outlined in your Certificate of Installation.
